H2S ≥ 10mg/Nm3, space velocity of 300 ～ 1000h-1

2, temperature: 5 ~ 80 ℃, the optimum temperature is 10 ～ 50 ℃

3, pressure: pressure ~ 8.0Mpa

4: de H2S, humidity, humidity is bigger is better (but not with liquid water into thebed)

5, oxygen content: O2/H2S = 2.5.

6, bed aspect ratio: 3

Four, packaging and storage

1 pay attention to prevent the hard substance mixed, large vibration friction, in order to reduce the carbon particles broken, affect the use.

2 should be stored in a cool and dry place, prevent inside and outside the packaging bag is broken, direct contact with the outside world, adsorption andother substances, reduce the adsorption of hydrogen sulfide capacity and using effect.

3 the product belongs to the porous adsorbent, so the transport, storage and use of the process, must absolutely prevent flooding, due to flooding, a large number of water filled with activated carbon pore, make activated carbon out of action.

4 in the production run, should be prohibited tar substances into the activated carbon bed, by activated carbon particle surface covered with such substances,filling the activated carbon pore channels, which lost its role. So, when the gas into the activated carbon bed, such as containing tar substances, should add the tar removing device, ensure the normal use of activated carbon.

5 storage or transportation, to prevent direct contact with the fire, in order to prevent fire.
